Who am I?

I’m Erik - a strategy & management consultant known for strong business acumen (aka: I know how companies actually work and make money, and occasionally how to improve their top and bottom lines)  and over 20 years of experience driving product strategy, development, and lifecycle management across the full product value chain - from engineering and manufacturing to supply chain and service operations.

​

I’m passionate about advising clients on product strategy & lifecycle management and on establishing digital twins & threads to connect the enterprise.

​

My expertise lies in strategies that enable interoperability, reduce time-to-market, improve operational efficiency, lower costs, boost innovation, and drive revenue growth through business architecture, process optimization, data, AI, and cutting-edge digital solutions.
